Payment
All amounts listed on the website are including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

All One Rescue accepts online payments with; MasterCard, Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, ApplePay, Google Pay and Mobilepay Online. We do not impose any transaction fees on your purchase.

Payment for the order will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All One Rescue uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, ensuring that the connection is completely secure.

Delivery
For danish residents, the delivery time for your order is normally 3-6 business days. For residents of other countries delivery time depends on your location. For orders placed on weekends and public holidays, the item will be sent the first business day.

In special cases where delivery time is extended, we will notify you by email.

We deliver to private addresses and parcel shops.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal
There is a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping costs as well as the choice of carrier.

You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after the purchase, and the order must be returned to us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.

The notice must be given by email to info@all1rescue.org where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

It is up to All One Rescue to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tried beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and function, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that upon withdrawal, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back.

Complaints
In accordance with Danish law, there is a 2-year warranty on products. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be notified to All One Rescue within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. One month is considered a reasonable time unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect use of the product.

All One Rescue covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery).

Privacy Policy
When you purchase a product and provide your information, we receive customer data. As a data controller, we process your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our information, including in our shipping management, which is not developed by All One Rescue. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with applicable data protection regulations.
